7-25-08 Fishing Report

Summer dry fly fishing is here finally it looks to be a break in the rain and the hopper fishing will start kicking off.........Our river to the north has some giants in it and me and Lee could not seal the deal on getting them in the net.........Anyway terrestrial fishing is here

7-22-08 Fishing Report

If it will ever stop raining here the fishing should get better......The P.M. is in good shape water wise and mosquito wise also,,,,,,But when the sun comes out the fish are looking up,,,,,we had a good day today fishing up-top and had a couple really good fish on and a bunch of smaller fish to the net also

Hoping the river to the north will clear.........

Well if it would stop raining around here the fish will probably start looking up a bit more try any hopper attractor pattern and after the rains the fish are turning on Streamers.............The night time fishing will turn on when the water levels start to drop and it starts getting low and clear again

7-14-08 Fishing Reprt

Me, Dan, and Mark went to the lower P.M. for our last ditch effort for hex,,, We didn't get blanked completely but didn't get any of the big fish into the boat,,,next day we went to an easier style of fishing on the big man. mostly swinging soft hackles,,,,we had a couple nice fish shake off but did get quite a few of the smaller guys to the boat,,,,,Mark and Dan did get to be much better casters over the couple days and we had some real interesting stories,,,,,,anyway there going for a rematch with kings in the lower river early September......

If you guys want fall dates with me book right now to get you in I am really getting booked up fast.......

I think the hopper bite will start hitting here this week,,,,I have been seeing some olive fall's at night and some other smaller bugs but I think terrestrial season is here..........
