9-4-11 Fishing Report

Sorry for taking so long for a report.......AK was great thanks Jimmy from www.naknekrivercamp.com great trip. Well I got back from AK and it was wow kings......Enough said. This is the best run I have seen since the mid-late 90's......We have open guides give us a call!!!!

The colder water has really got fish cracking fly's....

Lee as young as ever,,,,these kings are very hard to land......I think Lee was 3 for 40 what a day.......

I had a couple cancellations in the next month or so 9-12, 10-7, 10-12,10-18

Mack got hit by a rock from a lawn-mower but bounced back nicely with a pig of a trout during a light rain storm.

The picture does not do this fish justice this was a great fish!!!

Well sorry for the long time in posting. The hopper fishing is very good and there is a few of the big ugly chrome things showing up in limited #'s. I have a few openings for the next couple weeks, the Pine if finally fishing good again and the daytime terrestrial fishing on the other cold rivers are doing well. Smallie fishing has been good on the MO closer to me if you have every wanted to fish above the dam in Croton it is a blast....
