7-27-09 Fishing Report

We have recently had a good rain to bring the rivers up and cloudy for a couple days. The Baldwin is already clearing so I expect the P.M. to be gin (color) again soon. Well we are getting double dipped by the Feds they are shocking are rivers for Lamprey’s right now and I guess we should capitalize on the misfortune of the insects and tie up some lamprey streamers and have a hay day on the trout……

Night Ranger Joe Reed capitalizes on the low water we had on Friday and brings some nice browns to hand,,,,,,,,,

7-17-09 Fishing Report

All rivers are gin clear (expensive gin)---With the current water conditions fish are becoming opportunistic on looking up to certain dry's.........The cooler nights have been holding down the terrestrial fishing down from a full frenzy,,,,,,,With low and clear water you have to get the rig out out and away,,,,,,fish are still looking up a night last night Chris G and Steve O fished with me and we had a blast.... Winston, Jerry and I had fun tying out his new 13' Sniper StealthCraft

7-9-09 Fishing Report

Sorry the lapse,,,,,,,,I have been having some bad ju-ju with big fish lately and clients-----Sat. big Jim comes up and he loses a fish of lifetime,,,,,,Sunday fish with Ryan and Al on the beautiful Pine and have a slow day but turn a couple great fish on big attractors (forgot the camera),,,,,,Monday George and I chased the white elephant and had a bunch of feeding fish but could not get any big fish to the net,,,,,,,Yesterday one of my best guys Mac Mc brings his 20 year old son rookie up to chase the elephant and his son out fished him like he had 20 years of night fishing on him----He lost a couple real-real good fish,,,,,,,,And finally Mr. Tosick the best lawyer in Indy ends the day with a score of 1/5 on big fish..........

I have Sunday July 12th,,,,Wednesday July 15th off next week come join the fun.......


Next week we will be chasing the big bugs till they quit at night along with some nice wake fishing in the upper reaches of the P.M.--------The really big migratory fish somewhere in a river to my north,,,,,,,,,,And I expect the mighty pine to get hopperific very sooon

7-3-09 Fishing Report

Wednesday me and Mr. Downs enjoyed the rain and some good company on the upper P.M. we did miss a couple bigger fish on attractors in the rain but mostly we got water logged. It's hard to dry fly fish in the rain..........

Thursday Joe Reed and wife Lynn went down to chase the white elephant with me despite the cool weather we found bugs, lost a couple giants and finally cashed in late with a nice brown.........Gotcha@!
