Fishing Report 5-21-07

Hi Folks I like to call this fish on the left Jenny Craig. She was only 181/2 inches but 51/2 pounds. Wow the Big River makes fish go outwards football style instead of length wise. Great fish considering it was on a four weight swinging a soft hackle, yesterday on the Big Man we had really good smolt action in the morning, some good soft hackle action (fishing the film is huge on the big) which is were we caught jenny craig. If you look at the report below we also landed a king on a streamer last week, keep us busy the fishing is great. Remember half day rates are only 225, come fish some hatches with us.

Fishing Report 5-02-07

With the rising water the streamer fishing has been great on the P.M. with still quite a few steel in the mix,,,,,,,,,,,,,,The MO is still fishable as far as clarity but it's really ripping the fish may take you into the backing if your'e not careful,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Today i fished the P.M. with high water conditions knowing were the places to fish were key, wading would be tough but i did see people doing it,, for me the river seemed to be leveling out and dropping but the flow charts say otherwise,,,We had another guide on the MO today with great results bring extra chain for your anchor,,,,The Big Man has a ton of fish in it and light pressure
Watch the charts for the water flow to come down and get out and hit some of those high water hungry trout
